Engineering team values our relationships
with clients, co-workers and family.
With that in mind, we have various events
throughout the year to promote these
relationships.
Summer
Barbeque
We are
fortunate to have one of our team members
with a talent for smoking meats and a
beautifully landscaped acreage that is
perfect for hosting our annual
barbeque. Over 24 hours are invested
in the preparation/smoking of the various
meats which are combined with potluck side
dishes to make a meal to be remembered.
This is a family event with games and fun
for all.

Hayrack
Ride
In the
fall of the year when the trees are
turning color and the temperatures are
getting cooler, we have a hayrack ride at
a local facility that has become very
popular for hosting this type of
event. The evening begins with a
ride through the scenic hillside and deep
through the woods where wildlife is
common. After the ride, we build a
large bonfire where hotdogs, marshmallows
and other fine foods are skillfully
prepared using the latest in grilling
technology (sometimes called roasting
sticks). The combination of food
with your favorite beverage and a time to
socialize with co-workers and their
spouses ensures an enjoyable evening
outdoors.

Christmas
Party
Christmas
is a festive time of year for family and
friends, and we like to get together for
an evening of fine dining and
conversation. It is an opportunity
for us to reflect on the events of the
year, recognize new members to our team,
and share family news. We also have
a white elephant gift exchange each year
that is sure to include many kinds of
gifts. Traditionally, there are a few
"interesting" or sought after items that
heat up the competition during the
exchange.

Other
Events
We
have an assortment of in-house
events. It could be taking a break
during an exceptionally busy schedule,
having a lunch and learn seminar, or just
an opportunity to have some fun. We
have had pizza parties, office golf and
Guitar Hero challenges. This year is
sure to include the Wii as part of the
plans.
There are
other events out of the office such as
go-cart racing, bowling, etc. that
continue to create memories and provide
opportunities to grow relationships.
